  Children Rejoice as Irele LG Celebrates 2023 Children's Day in Grand Style.  Children were thrilled yesterday as Irele Local Government Council Celebrated Primary and Secondary school students as part of the activities earmarked for the 2023 International Children's Day.  The Program which drew people from walks of life was a fiesta of celebration for the children in attendance.  The program started with an opening prayer that dissected the theme of the 2023 International Children's Day "The State of Nigeria Today; Proper Parenting for Value Re-orientation and National Consciousness".  The Lead Discussant in the program, Chief Femi Moyegun in his discourse emphasised the importance of the theme and called on stakeholders to uphold it for the betterment of the younger generation.  The seasoned administrator lamented poor parenting which he described as the reason for immoral behaviour in the society today.  Chief Moyegun who represented the community ...

 Ajimotokin kicks off the Construction of Mini-Stadium in Ode Irele.  In furtherance of his commitment to promoting sporting activities in Irele Local Government, the Executive Chairman, Irele Local Government, Hon. (Barr.) Olusegun Ajimotokin has commenced the construction of a mini-stadium in Ode Irele.  The Honourable Chairman during his visit to the construction site today declared the stadium will foster unity, build capacity and social harmony and attract more development and government presence and also aids the development of the round leather game of football in the local government.  Hon.   Ajimotokin Commends Gov Akeredolu Over FG's Approval of Ondo Deep Sea Port.  Irele Local Government Council Boss, Hon. (Barr.) Olusegun Ajimotokin has lauded Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu over federal government approval on Ondo Deep Sea Port.  The Honourable Chairman described the development as a holistic transformation of the state economically if fully implemented.  Hon.   Irele LG Prohibits Trading on Market Roads, Indiscriminate Dumping of Refuse on Waterways and Wrong Parkings. ... As Enforcements of Policy begin.  As part of his administration's effort to restore normalcy to Irele township market and other community markets in Irele Local Government, the Executive Chairman, Irele Local Government, Hon. (Barr.) Olusegun Ajimotokin today stormed Irele township market with his team to enforce the standard of arrangements for vehicular movements and the activities of traders in the market.  Hon.  PRESS STATEMENT 2023 May Day: Ajimotokin Hails Nigerian Workers.  • Advocates Improved Welfare.  As workers in Nigeria and across the globe mark Labour Day on May 1, Irele Local Government Council Boss, Hon. (Barr.)  Olusegun Ajimotokin has lauded Nigerian workers, particularly employees of Irele Local Government Council for their support and contributions to the growth and development of Irele Local Government, Ondo State and Nigeria at large.  Hon. Ajimotokin in a goodwill message called for improved welfare for workers across the country for enhanced productivity.  "There is no gainsaying the fact that Labour creates wealth for the nation, the more reason that the welfare of the Nigerian workers should always be accorded priority", he added. CENSUS 2023: Irele Council Chairman, Ajimotokin Meets Census Committee, Heads of Quarters in Irele L.G.  • Harps on Collective Effort Among Stakeholders Ahead of the Exercise.  As Census 2023 draws near, the Executive Charman, Irele Local Government, Hon. (Barr.) Olusegun Ajimotokin has called on stakeholders in Ode Irele Community and the entire Local Government to work collectively to record considerable participation of the people in the upcoming census exercise.  Hon.
