2019 UTME RESULT: Ekele Franklin From Imo State Beats All Comers, Can’t Gain Admission May 11, 2019 OJUASHA Ekele Franklin, a 15-year-old boy, has emerged the overall best candidate for the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted between April 11 and 15. Ishaq Oloyede, registrar of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), disclosed this at a news conference while announcing the release of the 2019 UTME results on Saturday. Having chosen the University of Lagos (UNILAG) as his first choice, the Imo state candidate had a cumulative score of 347. However, there are speculations that Franklin may not be admitted on account of his age. Franklin was closely followed by Emmanuel Chidiebube, a 16-year-old boy from Abia state, who had a cumulative score of 346, while Isaac Olamide, 17, from Osun state, came third, having scored 345. Kano Emirate: Moghalu reveals why Ganduje “bastardized” Emir Sanusi’s throne The presidential candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) in the 2019 election, Kingsley Moghalu, has claimed that Kano state Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, bastardised the throne of Muhammadu Sanusi, Emir of Kano, for political reasons. Moghalu stated this while speaking at the Sikiru Kayode Adetona third annual professorial chair lecture, held on Friday at Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State. A 15years old boy, Ekene Franklin from Abia state might not be admitted into his choice university after scoring 347 to emerge overall best in UTME 2019 as released by JAMB. Followed closely by 16years old boy, Igban Emmanuel Chidiebube from Imo state who scored 346, both had applied to study in the prestigious University of Lagos. Oluwo Isaac Olamilekan aged 17 from Osun state was also acknowledged by the board as the third best in UTME 2019 after he scored 345.

Breaking: JAMB Releases 2019 UTME Results, Withholds 34,120 Results May 11, 2019 Starnews NG The Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the 2019 UTME results. About 1,792,719 candidates sat for the exams, while 34,120 candidates had their results withheld for examination malpractice. The Registrar of the board, Professor Ishaq Oloyede, who made the announcement in Abuja on Saturday also stated that 15,145 results were withheld for further clarification
UNBELIEVABLE: 72-Year-Old Man Caught Molesting Two Primary School Children A 72-year-old man in Osogbo, Osun State has been caught having sex with two primary school children in his room. According to an eye witness, the two children and others had been visiting him constantly for months and people in the neighbourhood thought they were his relatives or grand children. Their visit became suspicious to neighbours as during school hours when they are supposed to be in school, they sneak out of school to visit him who always keep them inside with the doors locked. However, luck ran out of the old man when a neighbour started hearing unusual murmuring from inside the room. The neighbour walked to the window to observe what was going on, and to his surprise, the old man was having sexual intercourse with the young girls.
