IRELE LG COUNCIL BOSS, AJIMOTOKIN APPROVES BURSARY AWARD FOR IRELE LOCAL GOVERNMENT STUDENTS. 

The Executive Chairman, Irele Local Government, Hon. (Barr.) Olusegun Ajimotokin has approved the 2023 Bursary Award for indigenes of Irele Local Government in tertiary institutions across Nigeria. 

Hon. Ajimotokin disclosed this after the Finance and General Purposes Committee (F&GPC) Meeting held recently in his office. 

The Council Boss declared that payment of the bursary was simply for the Local Government to identify with the students and motivate them in her little way. He noted that his Administration recognizes the pivotal role education plays in defining the growth and advancement of the Local Government hence the need for the payment of the bursary award. 

The former Lawmaker added that his government is committed to fulfilling his promise of paying bursaries annually to Irele Local Government students as demonstrated in the 2022 edition. 

Payment, according to the Honourable Chairman, will be in August,  while Application Forms would be free and will be handed over to the Executives of the National Association of Irele Local Government Students (NAILGOS ) for distribution to only 'Full-Time students from Tuesday, July 18, 2023.
