JUST IN: Mali PM, Entire Cabinet Resign April 19, 2019 Mali, Mali PM resigns, News Alert, world news The Prime Minister of Mali, Soumeylou Boubeye Maiga and his entire cabinet have resigned over the upsurge in killings in the West African country. Last month, armed militias attacked a Fulani village in the Mopti region and killed about 160 Fulani herdsmen. Reports say, even by Mali standards, the killings were horrendous.
