Dr Christopher Ogunlana Enjoys Massive Support of the People. 

• More Defectors Received from the PDP to APC in Irele Local Government.

Ahead of the March 18 House of Assembly election in Ondo State, the House of Assembly Candidate in Irele State Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, Dr Christopher Ogunlana has enjoyed massive support of the people with assurance of block votes in the upcoming election as the Director General of APC Campaign Committee in Irele Local Government, Hon. Shadrack Olowojuni (Segro) led the party leaders to round up campaign in Awo and Lota villages. 

Hon. Olowojuni in his remarks in the villages visited today commended the people for their support for the party in the last election and urged the people to redouble their voting capacity to deliver a landslide victory for APC Dr Christopher Ogunlana on Saturday's House of Assembly election. 

Also, Dr Christopher Ogunlana while addressing the inhabitants of Awo and Lota Camps promised people-oriented representation while urging the people to vote for him massively in the coming days. 

He reiterated that he would utilise his experience as a medical professional and public servant to bring about quality representation at the Ondo State House of Assembly for the benefit of Irele Local Government people. 

Equally, the Chairman of APC in Irele Local Government, Chief Z. A Omoge represented by his Deputy, Chief Akinfe Akinmarin (Bako) received defectors from the People's Democratic Party (PDP) led by Mr Olowu Idowu Henry to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Irele V Ward ten (10) alongside the Ward V APC Chairman, Apostle Olibamoyo Omosuyi, Hon. Femi Okunjemiruwa Esq and the Incoming State Lawmaker, Dr Ogunlana. 

Chief Akinmarin welcomed the defectors to the party and assured inclusiveness in the running of the affairs of the party.

Also, the Chairman of APC in Ward V, Apostle Olibamoyo Omosuyi welcomed Mr Olowu Idowu Henry and hundreds of his supporters to the APC and enjoined them to be patriotic members. 

The Former Chairman of Irele Local Government, Hon. Femi Okunjemiruwa Esq while addressing the defectors lauded them for their resolve to join the progressive's family. 

The Legal expert urged them to contribute immensely to the success of the party in the upcoming assembly election adding that Irele V Ward ten (10) was the second-best performing Ward in the entire local government in the last election and by their addition, Ward five (5) should be able to emerge the first in the coming House of Assembly election, he stated. 

Reacting, Mr Olowu Idowu Henry who led hundreds of his supporters to the APC promised to work assiduously for the victory of the party in the upcoming election and declared that Dr Christopher Ogunlana would emerge victoriously in Saturday's election.

The Campaign led by Hon. Shadrack Olowojuni (Segro) had in the team Hon. Femi Okunjemiruwa, Hon. Oluwole Idogun, Mr Ogunji Gbenga Anthony(Green Biro), Chief Akinfe Akinmarin (Bako), Hon. Aretolu Rotimi, Hon. Gbemi Akingbelure, Comrade Segun Igbasan, Mr Dele Igbekele, Mr Olorunwa Aregbesola, Mr Ade Ajiboye, Mr Olusegun Omonibinu among others.
